INCENTIVE PROGRAMS

What is an incentive program?

An incentive program is used to promote or encourage specific actions or behavior by a specific group of people during a defined period of time. Incentive programs are particularly used in business management to motivate employees and in sales to attract and retain customers.

What do incentive programs cost?

As much as we would love to post pricing on our website, it's impossible.  Every incentive program is different. Some companies run short programs, in which case we would charge a lump sum. Other companies run yearly programs and are charged a monthly fee. It depends on the length, complexity, and maintenance of your program.

What are the different types of incentive programs?

Safety:  Safety programs recognize employees for improved performance as well as motivate workers to maintain stellar safety records.

Recognition:   Recognition program recognize employees in different ways including: Anniversary / Length-of Service, On-the-Spot Awards, Nominated Recognition, Employee Appreciation, Employee of the Month / Year, Peer-to-Peer Recognition, to Reinforce Company Culture, and aid in the Alignment of Company Goals & Objectives.

Productivity/Sales:  Productivity/sales programs establish a closer link between wages and productivity so as to enhance competitiveness.

Years of Service:  The Years of Service Program is designed to build and extend employee loyalty and employee appreciation. The functions of this incentive program are to realize and value the devotion of workers, and gratefully reward them for their dedication.

PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS

What is a promotional product?

Promotional merchandise, promotional items, promotional products, promotional gifts, or advertising gifts are articles of merchandise that are branded with a logo and used in marketing and communication programs. They are given away to promote a company, corporate image, brand, or event. These items are usually imprinted with a company's name, logo or slogan, and given away at trade shows, conferences, and as part of guerrilla marketing campaigns.

How can promotional products grow my business?

Promotional products provide customers with useful and fun items that showcase your logo and keep your company top-of-mind.

Where can I see examples of promotional products?

Browse our Promotional Products page, and you'll be directed to our online store full of thousands of products that you can use to showcase your logo and company information. If you're overwhelmed by the selection, contact angela@targetawards.com. Tell us what you're looking for, and we'll send you a few options to choose from that are in your price range.

How long does it take to produce promotional products?

Lead time (the time it takes to produce/imprint a product) can vary depending on the item itself, the intricacy of the artwork imprint, and the availability of the particular product. T-shirt runs (depending on the quantity) can take anywhere from 7 - 10 business days to complete. If you have a deadline you are trying to meet, please contact us. We will pull out all the stops to make sure you have what you need when you need it.

ARTWORK

In what format should I submit my artwork/logo?

For items that will be screen-printed (like t-shirts and most promotional products), we require vectored artwork. We accept Adobe Illustrator (".ai"), EPS (".eps"), and most PDF (".pdf") files.

For items that will be direct-printed (like brochures or flyers) or displayed on the web, we accept most image files, including Adobe InDesign (".indd"), Photoshop (".psd"), Photoshop EPS (".eps"), TIFF (".tiff"), and JPEG (".jpg" or ".jpeg"). We also accept some files from Microsoft Publisher (".pub"), Adobe Fireworks (".fw"), and PNG (".png") files.

All fonts must be converted to outlines, curves, or paths (vectored art). If you are supplying image files, all fonts must be rasterized, or you can simply send us the font file along with your artwork.

We do NOT accept: GIF files, Page layout files such as Quark or Pagemaker, Word processing documents such as MS Word/Power Point, Photocopies or PMT's of photocopies, business cards, letterheads, fax transmissions, etc. (These formats are too low quality/resolution to ensure a quality imprint.)

If you have questions about what format we require for your project, please contact us.
