If you need a different size:
You must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. All appropriate policies apply to all returned items.

Can I return my order?
Most of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Returns guarantee and fall under our 14 Day Return Policy. These items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

The following items are NEVER returnable: 

  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered 

  • Any item with tags removed 

  • Any spiritwear apparel item

  • Any item with a name drop

  • Any sale items

All web initiated requests will receive an automatic confirmation followed by an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation the security on your computer is not allowing us in. Please contact us at 678-835-5800 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm EST. If you choose to call or email us about your return, please provide the following information: 

  • Your email address

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • Any item damage or shortage, if applicable

We generally process returns within a week of receiving the product back.


Shipped Orders
For orders that are shipped, please ship back to our address with the ticket included with your shipment. We will make the necessary credit or exchange.

Please Note:

  • Any item returned that falls outside our normal return guidelines is subject to a minimum 15% handling charge. Please double-check that you have included all items and packaging prior to mailing your return to our warehouse. This includes unauthorized refused packages.

  • There is a minimum 15% restocking fee, if more than 5 of one item is ordered and subsequently returned.

Note: Normally the care label instructions pertain to the garment, not the embroidery. Special care should be taken when laundering embroidered garments.

Since the condition of use, washing, pressing and cleaning, etc. vary in use of yarns and threads, the purchaser should assume himself by preliminary tests that the dye fastness of the yarn or thread is 100% colorfast to crocking or washing under all conditions. We cannot be responsible for any consequential damages since the value of the thread is so disproportionate to the value of the goods into which it is stitched.

We are not liable for replacing or repairing any personal items supplied by the client that are damaged during the embroidery process.
